What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For custom metal lapel pins and medals, our typical MOQ is 50 pieces. For crystal and acrylic corporate trophies or plaques, we accept single custom orders as well as large bulk orders.
How long does custom manufacturing take?
Standard orders are completed within 3 to 7 working days after artwork approval. Express delivery options are available for urgent corporate events.
What artwork format do you require for logo engraving?
We prefer vector file formats such as CorelDraw (.CDR), Adobe Illustrator (.AI), vector PDF, or high-resolution PNG/JPEG files for laser engraving and UV printing.

Can I get a digital sample proof before full production?
